Oreo
The last Dog that I took pictures of is Oreo the Yorkie. I was covering his running away so we could not bring him outside at all. We took his pictures inside which seems like it would be easier but it was actually quite the opposite. He is very needy and wanted my attention the entire time. In retrospect I probably should've used a lens that not as zoomed in for cases like this, but we live and we learn.
Oreo also really did not want to pose at all, even when bribed with food and treats. We found that just holding him down and letting go for a second was the only way we could sort of get him to sit still. He was the smallest dog but he arguably gave me the most issues. The lighting indoors was also not the best but I had to do what I could with this escape artist.
As you can see in this photo, Noah's hand is moving in the back. We had to work quickly to avoid him moving towards me.
Final Photography Relfection
This was my first time taking pictures of dogs and this has taught me a lot. Each dog is very different and just because something worked for one dog doesn't mean that its going to work for another. I did enjoy this experience very much. This is something new that I can add to my portfolio.
